Quiet Enjoyment and Title. Tenant, upon paying the Rent hereunder and performing the covenants hereof, shall peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the Premises and all appurtenances during the full Term as against all persons or entities claiming by and through City. Tenant expressly acknowledges that Tenant’s right to quiet possession of the Premises does not preclude City’s right to make changes and additions to the Airport, including the Premises, and to do work in the Premises as permitted by this Lease.
