QUOTATION REQUESTS/CHANGE ORDERS Services. Consultant shall: prepare, reproduce and distribute drawings and specifications to describe Work to be added, deleted, or modified; review proposals from Contractor for reasonableness of quantities and costs of labor and materials; review and make recommendations regarding changes in time for substantial completion; review and make detailed recommendations, including, if requested, a specific alternative cost breakdown, regarding impact on space planning design; negotiate with Contractor on Owner's behalf regarding costs of Work proposed to be added, deleted, or modified; assist in the preparation of appropriate modifications of the Construction Contract; coordinate communications, approvals, notifications, and record keeping regarding changes in the Work.
