Common use of Quote Clause in Contracts

Quote. Overview 12.1 LFC will respond to a Service Request by issuing the Service Provider with a Quote. The Quote will include the following information: 12.1.1 Where available, an offer of specific Footprints to the Service Provider; 12.1.2 A co-location configuration for the LFC Build; 12.1.3 An estimated total price for the LFC Build (Build Cost) in accordance with the Price List; and 12.1.4 An estimated number of Business Days for the LFC Build to be completed from the date the LFC Build commences (Build Time). 12.2 After LFC has issued a Quote, the Service Provider may: 12.2.1 Accept the Quote; 12.2.2 Reject the Quote; or 12.2.3 Propose an amended Quote.

The Quote will include the following information: 12.1.1 Where where available, an offer of specific Footprints to the Service ProviderAccess Seeker; 12.1.2 A a co-location configuration for the LFC Build; 12.1.3 An an estimated total price for the LFC Build (Build Cost) in accordance with the Input Services Price List; and 12.1.4 An an estimated number of Business Days for the LFC Build to be completed from the date the LFC Build commences (Build Time). 12.2 After LFC has issued a Quote, the Service Provider Access Seeker may: 12.2.1 Accept accept the Quote; 12.2.2 Reject reject the Quote; or 12.2.3 Propose propose an amended Quote.
