Radio Commercials Clause Samples
The 'Radio Commercials' clause defines the terms and conditions under which radio advertisements are created, scheduled, and broadcast as part of an agreement. Radio Commercials. The Actor may make a radio commercial of one minute or less, using material from the production, provided the Actor receives no less than the SAG-AFTRA minimum for such work. When a Stage Manager and/or Dance Captain is required to do any work in connection with a radio commercial the Theatre shall pay no less than the applicable SAG-AFTRA minimum of a Principal to the Stage Manager and/or Dance Captain, provided the Dance Captain is not otherwise compensated as an Actor.
Radio Commercials. If an Actor is called to make a radio commercial of three minutes or less duration, the Actor shall sign the applicable SAG- AFTRA Contract and the following terms and conditions shall apply:
Radio Commercials. The Contractor shall take the 15-second and 30-second audio from the TV commercials and convert them into audio files suitable for broadcast on terrestrial radio and digital audio platforms.
