Session Fees. Subscriber shall have sole authority to determine and set in real-time Session Fees. Subscriber shall be solely responsible for determining and charging Session Fees in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any restriction on Subscriber’s use of per-kWh pricing). Subscriber acknowledges that CPI is not responsible for informing Subscriber of applicable laws or changes thereto, and CPI will not be liable to Subscriber or any third party for any alleged or actual failure of Subscriber to comply with such applicable laws and regulations.
Session Fees. The minimum session fees (i.e. “scale”) payable to Performers under this Agreement shall be based on the Tier to which the Project is assigned. Session Fees. Producer shall not be required to pay a session fee to any Actor who is not called to be present at the theater or rehearsal space when Recording is taking place. Stage Managers shall be paid the off-camera Principal rate unless they are seen, in which case they shall be paid not less than the on-camera Principal rate.
