RAILROAD'S PROTECTIVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE. Furnish the Department evidence that, with respect to the operations the Contractor or any subcontractors perform, provide Railroad Protective Public Liability Insurance in the name of the Railroad found in the Project Specific Details, Detail 1 providing coverage for bodily injury, death, and property damage limited to a combined single limit of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence with an aggregate limit of not less than ten million dollars ($10,000,000) for the term of the policy.
