RANDOMIZED SELECTION OF COVERAGE PROCESS. The Sector and ASM provider 12 Sector will work with their ASM Provider(s) to ensure that the selection process is 13 fair and equitable, distributed in a statistically random manner and representative 14 of the fishing activities and operations of all vessels within the Sector throughout 15 the fishing year.
