The Sector plans on working collaboratively with 4 sea monitoring program adheres to applicable NMFS requirements, as well as any internal 5 needs that the Sector deems necessary. Specific details of the Sector’s proposed At-Sea 6 Monitoring Program are located below.
SECTOR AT-SEA MONITORING PROGRAM. The Sector is proposing their preferred At‐Sea 25 Monitoring (ASM) Program for consideration by NMFS, as articulated in Exhibit J of this Agreement.
