Common use of Range Issues Clause in Contracts

Range Issues. The input data value is in the range of <-1,1), which corresponds to the angle in the range of <-pi,pi). The output data value is in the range of <-1,1), i.e. the function value of 0.25 is 1. If the input is -0.25, the result is -1. If a tangent value is beyond the permissible range of <-1, 1), then it is truncated to -1 and 1 respectively.

It means that the function value of 0.25 is 1. If the input argument 0.5, which corresponds to pi/2, is -0.250x7FFF and -0.5, the result which corresponds to -pi/2, is -1. If a tangent value is beyond the permissible range of <-1, 1), then it is truncated to -1 and 1 respectively0x8000.

Range Issues. The input data value is in the range of <-1,1), which corresponds to the angle in the range of <-pi,pi). The output data value is in the range of <-1,1). This means that with the input value 0, i.e. it has the function output result of 0. Similarly if the input value of 0.25 is 0.5, the output is 1. If the input is -0.25, the result is -1. If a tangent value is beyond the permissible range of <-1, 1), then it is truncated to -1 and 1 respectively.
