Common use of Ranking of Shares Clause in Contracts

Ranking of Shares. Shares acquired by a Participant under the Plan will rank equally in all respects with the Shares then in issue, except that they will not be entitled to any rights attaching to the Shares by reference to a record date preceding the day on which the Participant is entered on the Company’s register of shareholders in respect of those Shares.

Ranking of Shares. Shares acquired by a Participant allotted or transferred under the Approved Plan will rank equally in all respects with issued Shares of the Shares then in issuesame class. However, except that they will not be entitled to any rights attaching to the Shares by reference to a record date preceding falling before the day on which date of exercise of the Participant is entered on the Company’s register of shareholders in respect of those SharesOption.
