Rate Centers. For purposes of compensation between the Parties and the ability of GTE to appropriately apply its toll tariff to its end user customers, DTI shall adopt the Rate Center areas and Rate Center points that the Commission has approved for the incumbent LEC and shall assign whole NPA-NXX codes to each Rate Center.
