Lunch and Rest Periods. A. Each employee working more than four (4) hours per day shall be entitled to a minimum of one-half (1/2) hour duty free lunch period without pay.

Lunch and Rest Periods. 15.01 There shall be one (1) paid fifteen (15) minute rest period for each half shift worked (five (5) hours) no later than two and one half (2½) hours from the commencement of each half shift.

Lunch and Rest Periods. ‌ As approved by the Department Head, lunch periods shall be a minimum of one- half hour to a maximum of one hour. Employees shall receive a rest break of fifteen (15) minutes during each four-hour shift. For each additional hour of work time, the employee shall receive an additional five (5) minutes of rest break.
