Common use of Rate Contract Price Clause in Contracts

Rate Contract Price. a) The Rate Contract Price shall be paid as specified in the contract subject to any additions and adjustments thereto, or deductions there from, as may be made pursuant to the Contract. b) Prices charged by the Selected Bidder for the Services performed under the Contract shall not vary from the prices quoted by the Selected Bidder in its bid, with the exception of any price adjustments authorized in the special conditions of the contract.
