Rate Contract Price. a) The rate Contract Price shall be paid as specified in the contract subject to any additions and adjustments thereto, or deductions there from, as may be made pursuant to the Contract. b) Prices charged by the Supplier/ Selected Bidder for the Goods delivered and the Related Services performed under the Contract shall not vary from the prices quoted by the Supplier/ Selected Bidder in its bid, with the exception of any price adjustments authorized in the special conditions of the contract. c) The rate quoted by the bidder for each item mentioned in the tender shall remain valid for purchase by RISL for a period of one year and may be extended by 3 months on mutual acceptance on same terms and conditions subject to price fall clause.
