Common use of Rate Demarcation Point Clause in Contracts

Rate Demarcation Point. The physical point in a Frontier provided network facility at which Frontier's responsibility for maintaining that network facility ends and the Customer's responsibility for maintaining the remainder of the facility begins, as set forth in this Agreement, Frontier's applicable Tariffs, if any, or as otherwise prescribed under Applicable Law.
