Rate of Funding for Cap. Limitation on the amount ($2 million per year) and timing of additional contributions to the GOA contained in Article 51(e)(3)(v) will be deleted. DWR will be able to use any amount of available 51(e) revenues to increase funds in the GOA up to the authorized maximum GOA funding level and such funding shall be subordinate to the annual rate management reductions to the Contractors.
