Common use of Rate Schedule Application Clause in Contracts

Rate Schedule Application. The Customer shall pay the Cooperative for service rendered hereunder at the rates and upon the terms and conditions set forth in Rate Schedule Large Power Service – Millennium Ethanol, LLC attached to and made a part of this Agreement and any revisions thereto or substitutions thereof adopted by the Cooperative’s Board of Directors.
