RATES AND BILLING. 11.1 All rates charged will be in accordance with Customer’s otherwise applicable tariff (rate schedule), as in effect from time to time, on a Net Energy Metering basis. “Net Energy Metering” means measuring the difference between the energy supplied through the electric grid to the Customer and the energy generated by Customer’s Generating Facility and fed back to the electric grid over a twelve-month period.
