Exempt Beneficial Owners other than Funds The following Entities shall be treated as Non-Reporting Finnish Financial Institutions and as exempt beneficial owners for purposes of sections 1471 and 1472 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code, other than with respect to a payment that is derived from an obligation held in connection with a commercial financial activity of a type engaged in by a Specified Insurance Company, Custodial Institution, or Depository Institution.

Attendance at Conferences and Conventions (a) The parties to this Agreement recognize that attendance or participation at conferences, conventions, symposia, workshops and other gatherings of a similar nature contributes to the maintenance of high professional standards.
Reimbursement of Travel Expenses If the Servicer provides access to the Review Materials at one of its properties, the Issuer will reimburse the Asset Representations Reviewer for its reasonable travel expenses incurred in connection with the Review on receipt of a detailed invoice.
Covered Persons Training All Covered Persons shall receive at least three hours of training during the first Reporting Period. Training may be completed in-person or online. These training requirements may be satisfied only by the completion of training courses that are submitted to OIG, prior to registration for the training course, for review and approval.
