RATES OF PAY AND BENEFITS. 5.01 The Employer agrees to deduct from each employee covered by the terms of this Agreement, working dues at the rate specified in this Appendix per hour worked and remit same in accordance with Article 25. 5.02 For any asbestos workers who are employed by an Employer who is bound to this Agreement at the date of its ratification, whose total wage package exceeds the amount that would otherwise apply under this Agreement, then the total wage package applicable under the previous Agreement shall continue to apply.
