Rating of Insurers. NEVADA requires that companies affording insurance coverage have a B+VII or better rating, as rated in the current A.M. Best Key Rating Guide for Property and Casualty Insurance Companies.
Rating of Insurers. Insurance is to be placed with admitted insurers rated by A.M. Best Co. as A:VII or higher. Lower rated, or approved but not admitted insurers, may be accepted if prior approval is given by the County’s Risk Manager.
