Ratings of Commercial Paper. To the extent that any rating provided with respect to a Conduit Purchaser’s Commercial Paper by any Conduit Purchaser Rating Agency is conditional upon the furnishing of documents or the taking of any other action by the Transferor, the Servicer or the Guarantor, then such party, as applicable, shall take all reasonable actions to furnish such documents and take any such other action.
