Ratio Full-Time Sample Clauses

Ratio Full-Time. Part-Time Employees (a) The parties agree that a minimum of forty-five percent (45%) of all regular bargaining unit hours per week will be designated as full-time hours. (b) The parties agree for calculation purpose that only full-time employees currently at work at time of calculation are included in the ratio full- time/part-time employees. (c) For clarification purpose, full-time employees on leave of absence replaced or not by another employee via a temporary posting are not included as a full-time employee in the ratio till they are actively back to work on a full-time basis. (d) The parties agree to review, at store level, on a quarterly basis the level of bargaining unit hours and the number of full-time positions. The calculations will be based on a period of thirteen (13) weeks, and not week by week. In other words, the level of full-time positions will be based on a thirteen (13) week period.
