  • Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter ending on or after September 30, 2008 to be greater than 3.5 to 1.0.

  • Maximum Consolidated Leverage Ratio The Consolidated Leverage Ratio at any time may not exceed 0.75 to 1.00; and

  • Consolidated Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 2.50 to 1.0.

  • Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Net Leverage Ratio as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be greater than 4.50:1.00.

  • Consolidated Senior Leverage Ratio As of the end of each fiscal quarter of the members of the Consolidated Group, the Consolidated Senior Leverage Ratio shall not be greater than the ratio set forth below: Fiscal Quarter End Ratio ------------------ ----- December 31, 2000 3.00:1.0 March 31, 2001 3.10:1.0 June 30, 2001 3.10:1.0 September 30, 2001 2.75:1.0 December 31, 2001 and thereafter 2.50:1.0 1.6 Clause (c) of Section 7.9 of the Credit Agreement is amended to read as follows:

  • Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio The Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio shall not be less than 1.50 to 1.00, determined based on information for the most recent fiscal quarter annualized.

  • Debt to Capitalization Ratio As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the Debt to Capitalization Ratio shall be less than or equal to 0.70 to 1.0.

  • Leverage Ratio The Borrower will not permit the Leverage Ratio to exceed 4.50 to 1.0 on the last day of any Fiscal Quarter.

  • Total Net Leverage Ratio Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, shall not permit the Total Net Leverage Ratio on the last day of any Test Period to exceed the ratio set forth below opposite the last day of such Test Period:

  • Minimum Consolidated Net Worth The Borrower will not permit its Consolidated Net Worth at any time to be less than the sum of (i) $250,000,000 plus (ii) thirty percent (30%) of the sum of the Consolidated Net Income of the Borrower (with any consolidated net loss during any fiscal quarter counting as zero) for each fiscal quarter of the Borrower commencing with the fiscal quarter of the Borrower ending June 30, 1997.
