RCI Points Usage Priority. In order to make an Exchange Request during a given Use Year, a Member may only use RCI Points allocated to the Member’s account in that Use Year and any RCI Points saved, extended, borrowed, transferred or rented in or into that Use Year with the oldest Points being used first.
