Common use of Re-employed Retired Employee is NOT Eligible for Retirement Incentive Clause in Contracts

Re-employed Retired Employee is NOT Eligible for Retirement Incentive. Re-employed employees are not eligible to participate in any retirement incentive program or tuition or training reimbursement nor are they eligible for severance pay. Before being rehired, a retiring employee must waive any right to receiving any retirement incentive for the initial retirement.
