Re-employment of Temporary Contract Teachers. a. Teachers who have been employed by the Board on one or more temporary contracts shall have first right of refusal to further available temporary contracts for which they apply, subject to Article C.25 (Posting and Filling Vacant Positions,) and the provisions below, provided that a formal written report indicates satisfactory performance. This right of refusal shall last for a period of sixteen (16) months from the last day of the most recent temporary contract.
