Common use of Re-sequencing Clause in Contracts

Upon receipt of a direction under paragraphparagraph (a) the Sub- Contractor must immediately comply with the direction. The Sub- Contractor acknowledges it will have No Claim against the Contractor due to a re-sequencing direction by the Contractor under paragraph (a).
