Common use of Re-Study Clause in Contracts

Re-Study. If Re-Study of the Interconnection Facilities Study is required due to a higher queued project dropping out of the queue or a modification of a higher queued project pursuant to Section 4.4, Transmission Provider shall so notify Interconnection Customer in writing. Such Re-Study shall take no longer than sixty (60) Calendar Days from the date of notice. Any cost of Re-Study shall be borne by the Interconnection Customer being re-studied.

Re-Study. If Re-Study of the Interconnection Facilities Feasibility Study is required due to a higher queued project dropping out of the queue queue, or a modification of a higher queued project pursuant subject to Section 4.4, or re-designation of the Point of Interconnection pursuant to Section 6.1, Transmission Provider shall so notify Interconnection Customer in writing. Such Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to complete such Re-Study shall take no longer than sixty within forty-five (6045) Calendar Days from the date of the notice. Any cost of Re-Study shall be borne by the Interconnection Customer being re-studied.

Re-Study. If Re-Study of the Interconnection Facilities Study is required due to a higher queued project dropping out of the queue or a modification of a higher queued project pursuant to Section 4.4, Transmission Provider shall so notify Interconnection Customer in writing. Such Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to complete such Re-Study shall take no longer than within sixty (60) Calendar Days from the date of notice. Any cost of Re-Study shall be borne by the Interconnection Customer being re-studied.

If Rere-Study study of the Interconnection Facilities Feasibility Study is required due to a higher queued project dropping out of the queue queue, or a modification of a higher queued project pursuant subject to Section 4.4, or re-designation of the Point of Interconnection pursuant to Section 6.1 Transmission Provider shall so notify Interconnection Customer in writing. Such ReTransmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to complete such re-Study shall take study no longer later than sixty forty-five (6045) Calendar Days from the date of the notice. Any cost of Re-Study re- study shall be borne by the Interconnection Customer being re-studied.

Such Re-Study shall take no not longer than sixty forty-five (6045) Calendar Days from the date of the notice. Any cost of Re-Study shall be borne by the Interconnection Customer being re-studied.
