Common use of Re-Study Clause in Contracts

Re-Study. If re-study of the Interconnection System Impact Study is required due to a higher queued project withdrawing from the queue, or a modification of a higher queued project subject to Section 4.4, or re-designation of the Point of Interconnection pursuant to Section 7.2, Transmission Provider shall notify Interconnection Customer in writing. Such re-study shall take no longer than sixty (60) Calendar Days from the date of notice. In accordance with Section 7.1, Interconnection Customer shall pay the estimated cost of re-study in advance and shall pay for the actual cost of the re-study.
