Common use of Re: Union Dues, Initiation Fees and Other Assessments Clause in Contracts

Re: Union Dues, Initiation Fees and Other Assessments. The monies referred to in this Article are to be held in trust by the Company. These monies cannot be used in any fashion by the Company or its agents or any agents acting on behalf of it’s creditors. The sole and exclusive role of the Company is to deduct the monies and hold them in trust until such time as they are remitted to the Union in accordance with this Collective Agreement.
