Sign-up. 1.1 Partner's application to become a Partner on an Advertiser Network may be approved in that Advertiser's sole discretion.
1.2 If Partner wishes to participate in a Campaign, Partner shall apply by supplying the requested information and following such other instructions as are stated in the Platform.
1.3 Partner's participation in a Campaign is at the sole discretion of the Advertiser who operates the Campaign.
1.4 If Advertiser approves Partner’s participation, Partner further agrees to be bound by any specific, reasonable conditions which Advertiser may impose from time to time in the Campaign Description for that Campaign.
1.5 The Campaign Description will constitute a separate agreement between Partner and Advertisers, and Partnerize
(a) accepts no responsibility for the content of the Campaign Description; and
(b) will not be a party to any agreement between Partner and Advertiser based on the Campaign Description unless otherwise agreed in writing, therefore, Partner acknowledges that the Advertiser Network and Campaigns are the responsibility of Advertisers and not Partnerize.
Sign-up. Prior to September 1 annually, drivers will be offered their previous years route back. If their route has been altered in any way, Management will inform them and they will be offered that route with the alteration. If they refuse the route or their route is cancelled, then they will be offered a choice of any open or new route that is available. If they wish to wait they will have an opportunity on a seniority basis to choose another route that is operationally feasible – defined as place of residence, first pick up and deadhead mileage. After the start of the school year, all newly acquired and vacated routes will be posted for one [1] week and any driver in the area may apply for that route. The new route will be assigned on a seniority basis in that area that is operationally feasible – defined as place of residence, first pick up and deadhead mileage.
Sign-up. Operators will sign up in order of seniority for work assignments on posted running sheets. Sign- up times will be designated by the Employer at all properties for all Operators. On all Lower Mainland Operations' sign-ups, Operators will not be required to sign up before 08:00 or after 17:30 except for the first two days of any sign-up, which may be signed until 20:30, except in the case of unforeseen difficulties (weather conditions, traffic tie-ups, or shut down of sign-up due to mistakes on the sheets or tampering of the sheets) the Employer will complete the day's allocated sign-up.
Sign-up. All interested bus drivers shall sign up on the Extra Run Sign-up sheet whose names shall then be arranged on the basis of seniority. When an Extra Run is scheduled, the Transportation Supervisor shall post the run and bus drivers interested shall sign up, with the run assigned to the next interested bus driver in rotation. Any more seniored bus driver in rotation not signing up for the run shall be passed over and shall retain their rotational position on the list. In the event no bus driver accepts the extra run(s), the run will be offered to all substitute bus drivers. In the event no substitute bus drivers accept the run, the run will be posted as a short notice trip, following the contractual language. No bus driver will be required to drive an extra run or short notice trip.
Sign-up. An eligible employee may sign up to take the next examination, after publication of the announcement, at any time prior to the deadline stated on the examination announcement. Employees wishing to compete in an examination will sign up by submitting a fully completed City of Richmond application to HRMD. Announcements will be distributed to the Police Department and RPOA for posting in all appropriate locations. Announcements may be distributed by email. The Police Department will make a good faith effort, based on the employee address in the Department's file, to send a copy of the announcement to employees who are not reporting to work due to vacation, injury, or special assignment. No employee may sign up for an examination after the posted closing date.
Sign-up. (a) There will be three (3) Sign-ups each year. Posted as follows: January - April Sign-up The first Sunday which coincides with the beginning of the first bi-weekly pay period in January. May - August Sign-up The first Sunday which coincides with a bi-weekly pay period and closest to the end of Xxxxx University school year. September - December Sign-up The Sunday prior to Labour Day. This change will take place in 2005.
(b) The regular Sign-up shall be posted five (5) weeks in advance of the effective date unless otherwise agreed by the Commission and the Union. Operators shall begin signing Monday of the fourth (4th) week preceding the effective date of the schedule. Should an Operator fail to sign in the allotted time, his name shall be by-passed and a selection shall be made from the remaining unsigned work when he reports to sign.
(c) There shall be no reduction in the number of, or hours of signed assignments during any Sign-up. Changes may only take place on the next Sign-up.
(d) Changes in assignments shall be discussed with the Union Representative, prior to making the changes.
(e) If an Operator is to be absent during the signing of the Sign-up, he shall leave a written choice of assignments with an Officer of the Commission. When it becomes his turn to sign, his selection shall be made by an Officer of the Commission, in accordance with assignments open and choice of assignments made.
(f) An Operator who signs for an assignment, unless displaced in the application of seniority rules, must remain on such assignment until the next regular Sign-up, unless mutually agreed between the Commission and the Union Representative.
(g) Should any assignments fail to be signed, starting with the bottom of the seniority list, the assignments shall be filled by appointment of the Commission.
(h) The first Operator listed on a specific date shall be allowed 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.- Second 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. - and one hour intervals until 11:00 p.m. to a maximum of sixteen (16) Operators per day.
(i) Floater and vacation sign-ups to be signed not later than one week after the regular sign-up.
Sign-up. New entrants to any overtime list will be placed at the bottom of the applicable overtime list as of the day of their written request to be added to the overtime list. An employee who has requested to be removed from the overtime list may only return to an overtime list as of the first day of the month following his or her written request and such employee shall be added to the bottom of the applicable overtime list. If on any day more than one employee is added to any overtime list, such employees will be added to the bottom of the overtime list at each location in departmental seniority order.
Sign-up. Sign-up for school bus runs will be held prior to school start up and each year thereafter (current system remains in place). A start-up meeting will be held no later than ten (10) working days prior to Labour Day of each year. Open runs will be assigned by seniority at this meeting. A failure to return to work on the first school day shall be deemed to be a "quit" drivers may switch their permanent route once and temporary routes once in a school year. This excludes displaced drivers switching routes any routes assigned at start up and spare drivers. All successful job applicants will be given up to a five (5) day training and familiarization period where the applicant is posting from big bus to either wheelchair or special education (small bus only). Where upon reasonable grounds, it is decided that the Employee is not fully capable of performing the duties of the new job, they will be returned to their former jobs.
Sign-up. Operators will Sign-up in order of seniority for work assignments on posted running sheets. Sign-up times will be designated by the Employer for all Operators.
Sign-up. On or up to two (2) weeks before November first of each year, the Employer shall confirm with each YYJ Driver that he/she wants to continue to remain on the YYJ Board. Should a YYJ Driver wish to convert to the Victoria Board, he/she shall do so in writing and shall be subject to the conversion provisions of Article 9.08 (d). Should the YYJ Driver sign onto the YYJ Board, that commitment is in place for one (1) full year as such he/she shall not be able to convert to the Victoria Board until the following November. Where a YYJ Driver converts to the Victoria Board, that Driver shall advise the Employer whether they intend to become a Part Time or a Casual Driver and shall be subject to all the provisions of Article 9 Seniority, and Article 14, Work Scheduling and Assignment (of work).
