Re-use of existing data Sample Clauses

Re-use of existing data. In addition to prospective and retrospective data utilised in DECIDER, we will take advantage of other large sequencing efforts that provide clinical and molecular data, such as The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC), as well as other studies and scientific articles, for validation of the results emerging from DECIDER. TCGA and ICGC have their own Data Access Committee and we have been granted rights to use them. Access to other data repositories, such as BCCancer Canada and Sanger CGP, will be applied for when their use becomes relevant in DECIDER. The existing data have been mapped to various genome builds and we will use the genome assembly GRCh38 for all samples in DECIDER.
