Data Access Committee definition

Data Access Committee means the independent committee appointed to approve third party access to Curated Data
Data Access Committee means the North West London data access group that consider applications for access to the Discover Data;
Data Access Committee means a committee that reviews the application of access from the USER INSTITUTION and grants/declines individual access rights for DATA USERS based on the DATA ACCESS POLICY. The DATA ACCESS COMMITTEE comprises representatives of UL/LCSB. The DATA PROVIDER may decide to appoint a representative of its choice to the DATA ACCESS COMMITTEE, with a veto right on decisions regarding DATA access.

More Definitions of Data Access Committee

Data Access Committee has the meaning set out in Clause 2.3(e).
Data Access Committee means a committee that includes representatives of St. Jude and sometimes other institutions (as indicated in the applicable Schedule 1) and that is charged with making determinations about Data access, use, and download, and publications using or referring to Data. Data Subject means a person from whose specimen Data was derived. Publications means, without limitation, articles published in print journals, electronic journals, reviews, books, posters, and other written and verbal presentations of research.
Data Access Committee means the independent committee appointed to approve Data Recipient access to Curated Data;
Data Access Committee or “DAC” means the data access committee of the EDP appointed in accordance with the Governance Framework;

Data Access Committee or “DAC” means the committee that is responsible for creating and maintaining data sharing policies for Brain-CODE. The roles and responsibilities of this committee are outlined in the Terms of Reference.
