Reactivation after suspension. If you have been suspended, you may be reinstated and your access to our booking platform reactivated in the following manner: ● You will be required to undertake compulsory driver training (unless you have already done so); ● You will also be required to review our policies and guidelines again to ensure that you are familiar with our standards; and ● We will monitor your performance for a period after reactivation where audit checks may be undertaken to ensure that prior issues giving rise to a breach do not reoccur. Once the above has been undertaken, you will receive a formal letter of your reactivation from us.
