Common use of Readmission application Clause in Contracts

Readmission application. 1. To the extent possible, the readmission application is to contain the following information: (a) the particulars of the person to be readmitted (e.g. given names, surnames, date of birth, and – where possible – place of birth, and the last place of residence) and, where applicable, the particulars of minor unmarried children and/or spouses; (b) in case of own nationals, an indication of the means with which proof or prima facie evidence of nationality will be provided; (c) in case of third-country nationals and stateless persons, an indication of the means with which proof or prima facie evidence of the conditions for the readmission of third-country nationals and stateless persons and unlawful entry and residence will be provided; (d) a photograph of the person to be readmitted;
