Common use of Reaffirmed Documents Clause in Contracts

Reaffirmed Documents. The representations and warranties of such Reaffirming Party contained in each Reaffirmed Document are true and correct on and as of the date hereof with the same effect as though made on and as of such date, except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date (in which case such representations and warranties shall have been true and correct as of such earlier date).

Reaffirmed Documents. The representations and warranties of such Reaffirming Party contained in each Reaffirmed Document (a) that are qualified by materiality are true and correct and (b) that are not so qualified are true and correct in all material respects, in each case on and as of the date hereof with the same effect as though made on and as of such date, except to the extent such representations and warranties expressly relate to an earlier date (in which case such representations representation and warranties warranty shall have been true and correct, or true and correct in all material respects, as the case may be, as of such earlier date).

Reaffirmed Documents.
