Real Estate Agent(s). If Buyer or Seller have hired the services of the licensed real estate agent(s) to perform representation on their behalf, he/she/they shall be entitled to payment for their services as outlined in their separate written agreement.

Real Estate Agent(s). Manager is a full services real estate brokerage with over 15 active real estate agents. They provide various real estate services, including but not limited to purchase and sale of residential properties, as well as the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial properties. Manager’s agents may actively market and represent buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in all the markets they serve. As a result, Manager’s agents may on occasion work with and represent a tenant in the purchase of a home.
Real Estate Agent(s). BUYERS acknowledge that Xxxxxxx Group represents the interests of SELLERS only.
Real Estate Agent(s). Each party represents and warrants to the other that it has not negotiated or dealt with or through any real estate broker, salesperson, finder or other person whatsoever with respect to this option or the sale of the Conservation Easement. Likewise, Buyer sxxxx xxx xxxx hexxxx xxxxxxxxx and hold Sellers free and harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, cost, damage, and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees actually incurred and costs of litigation, Sellers shall ever suffer or incur because of any claim by any agent, salesman, or broker (other than William Harlan, John McRoberts or their Affiliates), whether or not mxxxxxxxxxx, xxr xxx xxx, xxxxxssion or other compensation with respect to this Agreement or the sale and purchase of the Property contemplated hereby and resulting from the employment of any such person by Buyer. This SECTION 14.3 shall survive the Closing or any earlier termination of this Agreement.
Real Estate Agent(s). Seller will indemnify, defend and hold Buyer harmless from and against any and all claims, fees, commissions and suits of any real estate agent, including, but not limited to NAI Mathews Partners, with respect to services claimed to have bexx xxxxxxxx in connection with the execution of this Agreement or the transaction set forth herein to the extent the real estate agent claims by, through or under Seller. Buyer will indemnify, defend and hold Seller harmless from and against any and all claims, fees, commissions and suits of any real estate agent with respect to services claimed to have been rendered in connection with the execution of this Agreement or the transaction set forth herein to the extent the real estate agent claims by, through or under Buyer. Buyer has not employed any broker or real estate agent with respect to this transaction.
