Real Estate Owned Reports. Together with the statement furnished pursuant to Section 4.02, the Servicer shall furnish to the Master Servicer and the NIMS Insurer on or before the Remittance Date in each month a statement with respect to any REO Property covering the operation of such REO Property for the previous month and the Servicer’s efforts in connection with the sale of such REO Property and any rental of such REO Property incidental to the sale thereof for the previous month. That statement shall be accompanied by such other information as either the Master Servicer or the NIMS Insurer shall reasonably request.
