Statements to Owner. (a) Not later than the tenth calendar day of each month, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner a monthly statement (a "Monthly Remittance Advice") containing such information in the form required by the Owner, or its designee, in hard copy or electronic medium mutually acceptable to the parties as to the accompanying remittance and the period ending on the preceding Determination Date. (b) In addition, such Monthly Remittance Advice shall track, on a monthly basis, the Mortgage Interest Rate and the delinquency status of the Mortgage Loans. A cumulative delinquency report shall be provided to the Owner upon the Owner's request. (c) Not more than 60 days after the end of each calendar year, commencing December 31, 2000, the Servicer shall furnish to each Person who was an Owner of the Mortgage Loans at any time during such calendar year an annual statement in accordance with the requirements of applicable federal income tax law as to the aggregate of remittances for the applicable portion of such year. Such obligation of the Servicer shall be deemed to have been satisfied to the extent that substantially comparable information shall be provided by the Servicer pursuant to any requirements of the Internal Revenue Code as from time to time are in force. Beginning with calendar year 2001, the Servicer shall prepare and file any and all tax returns, information statements or other filings for the tax year 2000 and subsequent tax years required to be delivered to any governmental taxing authority or to the Owner pursuant to any applicable law with respect to the Mortgage Loans and the transactions contemplated hereby. In addition, the Servicer shall provide the Owner with such information concerning the Mortgage Loans as is necessary for the Owner to prepare its federal income tax return as the Owner may reasonably request from time to time.

At a minimum, the trial balance report must contain the fields attached as Schedule 1 to Exhibit 1 hereto and Static Pool Information regarding the Mortgage Loans. Statements to Owner. Agent will provide Owner with quarterly statements showing total receipts less fees and expenses provided for by this Agreement including payments into the reserve fund, together with a check for the net revenue. Such statement and/or check will be mailed from Agent's office on or about the 15th of the month for the period ended the last day of the preceding month. In the event expenses for such periods exceed the revenues, Owner agrees to pay promptly such expenses upon billing by Agent.

Statements to Owner. With respect to the Owned Mortgage Loans and the Purchased Mortgage Loans that have the Principal Prepayment Period set forth in clause (B) of such definition, not later than the tenth (10th) Business Day of each month, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner a monthly remittance advice, with a trial balance report attached thereto, as to the remittance period ending on the last day of the preceding month. With respect to the Purchased Mortgage Loans that have the Principal Prepayment Period set forth in clause (A) of such definition not later than the tenth (10th) Business Day of each month, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner a a preliminary monthly remittance advice, with a trial balance report attached thereto, as to the remittance period ending on the last day of the preceding month and a final monthly remittance advice, with a trial balance report attached thereto, as to the remittance period ending on the last day of the preceding month two (2) Business Days following the 14th day of the month.

Statements to Owner. Not later than the tenth (10th) day of each month, Servicer will furnish to Owner a monthly remittance advice in an electronic format (i.e. Microsoft Excel) substantially similar to Exhibit C, which monthly remittance advice will be generated as of the expiration of the preceding month. Servicer shall provide Owner with such information concerning the Mortgage Loans as is necessary for Owner to prepare its federal income tax return as Owner may reasonably request from time to time.
Statements to Owner. Not later than the first (1st) Business Day of each month, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner, with respect to the preceding month, a monthly collection report, a monthly paid in full report that summarizes Mortgage Loans paid in full during the related Due Period and a monthly trial balance report that provides a trial balance as of the last day of the month preceding such Remittance Date in electronic format set forth in Exhibit D, attached hereto, or as agreed upon by the Servicer and the Owner. Not later than the fifth (5th) Business Day of each month, the Servicer shall furnish to the Owner in either written or electronic format, a delinquency report and a monthly remittance advice containing the information set forth in Exhibit D, attached hereto, each in a form mutually acceptable to the Servicer and the Owner, as to the period ending on the last day of the preceding month. The Servicer shall furnish to the Owner such other reports as provided for in Exhibit D, attached hereto.
