Real Property—Not Owned. Section 3.7 of the M & I Disclosure Manual contains a complete and accurate list of all real estate leased or otherwise utilized by M & I or any of its Subsidiaries. For each leased property such list sets forth the address of each such property, the owner of the property, the use of the property and the name of the party utilizing the property, the details of any lease or other agreements for the property, including the amount of the monthly lease and other amounts payable by M & I and its Subsidiaries for each such property, the termination date of the lease or other arrangement under which the property is used and any rights to renew or extend such occupancy, and, to the extent reasonably available to M & I, the size of the land included in the property and the size of any buildings on the property.
