Real Property Assets definition

Real Property Assets means, as of any time, the real property assets (including interests in participating mortgages in which the Borrower’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by the Borrower, EQR and the Consolidated Subsidiaries of either or both at such time.
Real Property Assets means as to any Person as of any time, the real property assets (including, without limitation, interests in participating mortgages in which such Person’s interest therein is characterized as equity according to GAAP) owned directly or indirectly by such Person at such time.
Real Property Assets means a collective reference to each Real Property Asset.

  • As of the last day of each calendar quarter, the Total Debt Ratio will not be greater than 60%; provided, however, with respect to any period in which the Borrower or any of its Consolidated Subsidiaries have acquired a Real Property Asset (or multiple Real Property Assets in a single transaction) for a price of more than $200,000,000, Total Debt to Total Asset Value for such quarter and the next succeeding quarter may increase to 65%, provided such ratio does not exceed 60% thereafter.

Real Property Assets means parcels of real property owned in fee by the Borrower or any other Grantor and together with, in each case, all buildings, improvements, facilities, appurtenant fixtures and equipment, easements and other property and rights incidental or appurtenant to the ownership of such parcel of real property or any leasehold interests in real property held by the Borrower or any other Grantor.
Real Property Assets means all interests in real property of whatever nature, including easements, whether as owner, mortgagee or holder of an Encumbrance in real property, lessor, sublessor, lessee, sublessee, licensor, licensee, sublicensor, sublicensee or otherwise.
Real Property Assets means all interest (including leasehold interests) of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in any real property.
Real Property Assets means all interest (excluding leasehold interests) of any Consolidated Party in any real property.
