Common use of Reason for the Engagement Clause in Contracts

Reason for the Engagement. The Beneficiary is required to submit to the European Commission a certificate on a Financial Statement in the form of an independent report of factual findings produced by an external auditor in support of the payment requested by the Beneficiary under Article II.4
