Reasonability & review. The Third-Party Content is the sole responsibility of the Customer, if made available by Customer, Business User or Candidate. Xxxxxx may review the API Content to determine whether it is illegal or violates Xxxxxx’x policies or the API Terms and Xxxxxx may, in consultation with the Customer, remove or refuse to display the API Content if this is in violation of said policies.
