API Content definition

API Content means data or information made available by or delivered through a particular API, subject to the terms and conditions identified below.
API Content means any content provided through SmartMap API Service, including map and point of interest data (including business listing), or any other content.
API Content means data output from the API calls. If you have an OPE Sandbox account, you have, prior to entering the OPE Sandbox environment, accepted the OPE terms and conditions for the web service regarding the OPE Sandbox related to the Products. See attached document. In the event of any deviation between the OPE Sandbox terms and conditions and these Terms, these Terms shall have precedence. If you as an OPE Customer use any of our Products to offer services to a Payment Service User (account holder or account owner) outside your organization you must inform them that you use OPE to deliver the services of the Products and that OPE may share data and API-content output from the Payment Service User with you as Customer of OPE.

  • Adflare shall retain all right, title and interest in, to and under the API, Content, algorithm and related technology, and all traffic data collected under this Agreement.

  • As between you and UBot, UBot owns all right title and interest in the UBOT API (and related Content), Tools and UBot Property (including, without limitation, UBot Marks), and these API Terms of Use grant you no right, title, or interest in any intellectual property or other proprietary content owned or licensed by UBot, including (but not limited to) the UBOT API, Content, Tools and UBot Property (including, without limitation, UBot Marks).

  • All content related to API Service, other than Agency Content or Agency’s API Client content, is considered Axon’s API Content, including:5.1. the design, structure and naming of API Service fields in all responses and requests;5.2. the resources available within API Service for which Agency takes actions on, such as evidence, cases, users, or reports;5.3. the structure of and relationship of API Service resources; and5.4. the design of API Service, in any part or as a whole.

  • All content related to API Service, other than Customer Content or Customer’s API Client content, is considered Axon’s API Content, including: the design, structure and naming of API Service fields in all responses and requests; the resources available within API Service for which Customer takes actions on, such as evidence, cases, users, or reports; and the structure of and relationship of API Service resources; and the design of API Service, in any part or as a whole.

  • The Bank entities do not warrant that use of any API Content, the Platform or any data will be uninterrupted, error- free or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

Related to API Content

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and its Subcontractors under this Order.

  • Client Content means any data, information, trade-marks, logos, files, images, text or other content that may be provided by Client or its authorized users for use in conjunction with the Software or Services.

  • Imported content means that portion of the bidding price represented by the cost of components, parts or materials which have been or are still to be imported (whether by the supplier or his subcontractors) and which costs are inclusive of the costs abroad, plus freight and other direct importation costs such as landing costs, dock dues, import duty, sales duty or other similar tax or duty at the South African place of entry as well as transportation and handling charges to the factory in the Republic where the supplies covered by the bid will be manufactured.

  • Client Materials means the CLIENT Development Materials and the CLIENT Production Materials.

  • Third Party Content means all software, data, text, images, audio, video, photographs and other content and material, in any format, that are obtained or derived from third party sources outside of Oracle that You may access through, within, or in conjunction with Your use of, the Services. Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Information), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under the Master Agreement, Oracle-provided Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content”. Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services, by Your use of the Services or any Oracle provided tools.

  • Users means those employees, contractors, and end users, as applicable, authorized by You or on Your behalf to use the Services in accordance with the Master Agreement and Your order. For Services that are specifically designed to allow Your clients, agents, customers, suppliers or other third parties to access the Cloud Services to interact with You, such third parties will be considered “Users” subject to the terms of the Master Agreement and Your order.

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Recycled content means the percentage of a product composed of recovered material, or post- consumer recovered material, or both.

  • Brand Content Policy means, collectively, Xxxxx’s content policy referenced in Exhibit A and any other policy, guidelines, terms of use, terms of service, code of conduct, or instructional materials provided or made available by Brand or any of its affiliates to Influencer from time to time.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Site content means textual, visual or aural content that is encountered as part of the user experience;

  • API Gravity means gravity determined in accordance with ASTM Designation D-287-92 or latest revision thereof.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Product Labeling means (a) the full prescribing information for the Product approved by the applicable Regulatory Authority, and (b) all labels and other written, printed or graphic information included in or placed upon any container, wrapper or package insert used with or for the Product.

  • U.S. Content means, with respect to any Item, all the costs, including labor, materials, services and overhead, but not markup or profit margin, which are of U.S. origin or manufacture, and which are incorporated into an Item in the United States.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • digital content means data which are produced and supplied in digital form;

  • VAR means value-at-risk.
