Reasonable expenses of the Settlement Administrator. The expenses of the Settlement Administrator, not to exceed $30,000.00, shall be paid out of the Maximum Settlement Amount. If Settlement Administrator expenses are less than the stated amount, the difference between the amount allocated under this Settlement Agreement and the amount awarded shall be included in the Maximum Distributable Amount (as defined in Section IX.A.5).
