Common use of Reasonable Revision of Allocation Procedures Clause in Contracts

Reasonable Revision of Allocation Procedures. If DoITT, acting reasonably, determines at any time that all or any part of the Street Pole Allocation procedures set forth in this Section II. are proving in practice to be substantially failing to fulfill the purposes for which such procedures were intended, DoITT may, after consultation with all Street Pole Franchisees, issue revised procedures fairly structured to better fulfill such purposes.
