Reasonableness of Consent or Approval. Whenever under this Franchise “reasonableness” is the standard for the granting or denial of the consent or approval of either party hereto, such party shall be entitled to consider public and governmental policy, moral and ethical standards as well as business and economic considerations.
Reasonableness of Consent or Approval. Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, whenever a party is entitled to exercise some right under this Agreement only with the prior consent or approval of the other party, the consent or approval will not be unnecessarily withheld, conditioned or delayed.
