Reassignment of Other Receivables. (a) In the event any representation or warranty set forth in Subsection 4.01(a) or (c) or Subsection 4.02(a)(i) or (v) is not true and correct in any material respect and as a result of such breach the Purchaser is required under Section 2.06 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement to accept a reassignment of all of the Receivables previously sold by the Seller to the Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement, the Seller shall accept a reassignment of such Receivables on the terms and conditions set forth in Subsection 6.02(b).
