REASSIGNMENT WITHIN BUILDING. When in the judgment of the Administration, that it is either in the best interest of the students, the staff, or necessary for instructional purposes to make assignment changes within a building, the principal will first attempt to make such assignments on a voluntary basis. However, if this is not possible, assignment changes shall be made in accordance with the provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.3 of this Article.
